Being the founder director of the company, he has brought extreme amount of knowledge through his experience. His vast array of knowledge consisted of bright bar manufacturing and marketing, steel ingot manufacturing, plastic injection and blow molding, medical equipment marketing, plywood manufacturing and mill scale. He has been a boon to the company. And he has nurtured the company in becoming what it is today.

Feeling the need to gain better knowledge of management he completed his Masters from the University of Manchester.
After completion of his masters he brought a fresh set of skills and management techniques to the organization. Since he joined the company his main goal is to formulate most efficient management structure that would drive the engine towards growth of the organization.
